• Spotlight on defining abuse within a family context
• Impact of abuse on victims
• Identifying and addressing risk
• Lessons learnt from national and local DHRs
• Your role as a professional to safeguard victims: Recognise, Record and Refer!
• Local referral pathway for victims to access support (Athena, run by Refuge)
